AZIMO-250 HIGHLY AUTOMATED LABELING MODULE

The AZIMO-250 is a high-precision, multifunctional label feeding and application system designed for industrial towel production lines. Thanks to its renewed modular structure, it is capable of applying multiple label types — including straight labels, folded labels, and butterfly labels — either simultaneously or sequentially within a single operation cycle.

1. General Features and Hardware Structure

Modular Feeding System:
With its right-side integrated mounting structure, the system operates in synchronization with the folding mechanism. Three independent label preparation units are installed on a single chassis.

Precise Positioning:
Labels can be placed at any desired point along the towel. 

User-Friendly Control Panel:
Label length, placement position, and combination settings can be easily programmed via the digital touch-screen control panel.

2. Application Capabilities and Label Versatility

The new-generation AZIMO-250 completes complex labeling scenarios in a single pass.

Combination Capability:
The system can apply up to three folded or flag labels on the same towel.

Butterfly Mode:
Following the application of two straight or folded labels, a butterfly label positioned at a 45-degree angle can be applied to strategic points on the towel.

Example Scenario:
Two straight/barcode labels representing the brand can be applied at the towel entry section, followed by a butterfly folded label to achieve an aesthetic and premium appearance.

Material Compatibility:
The system successfully performs long-edge sewing of various materials, including woven labels, barcode labels, and reinforcement tape fabric.

4. Performance Notes

Speed Optimization:
Depending on the number of labels applied and the towel dimensions, the machine speed is automatically optimized by the system to achieve maximum production efficiency.
